• NixiHost — web hosting infrastructure (NixiHost Privacy Policy)

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers managed by NixiHost and protected by SSL encryption, regular backups, and access controls. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. E-signatures are processed on our self-hosted DocuSeal instance, keeping your signed documents on infrastructure we control.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Project files, intake submissions, and signed agreements are retained for the duration of our business relationship. If you terminate services, we retain records for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct — request corrections to inaccurate information
• Delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
